Luca und Stefano Canevaro sind zwei junge Brüder, die fest an unser Gebiet glauben. Als Winzer in dritter Generation haben sie den Familienbetrieb übernommen und führen ihn in die Zukunft, ohne dabei die Traditionen zu vergessen.

Der Bauernhof, der seit 2001 biologisch bewirtschaftet wird, befindet sich in Mereta, einem winzigen Weiler von Avolasca mit einem bezaubernden Blick über das Grue-Tal. Hier produzieren wir hauptsächlich Derthona Timorasso und Monleale, die aus Barbera-Trauben gewonnen werden, nach einer Weinbergsarbeit mit teilweiser Begrünung, um die natürliche Artenvielfalt zu respektieren.

Das Erlebnis beinhaltet eine Besichtigung der Kellerei und der Weinberge (je nach Wetterlage), gefolgt von einer Verkostung von 3 verschiedenen Weinsorten, darunter der allgegenwärtige Timorasso, kombiniert mit ausgezeichneten Speisen aus unseren Tälern wie der edlen Salami von Giarolo und dem Montebore-Käse.

Wenn Sie die volle Verkostung extra wählen, beinhaltet das Erlebnis auch die Verkostung von 2 weiteren Weinen (insgesamt 5).

  • Für den Besuch im Weinberg empfiehlt es sich, bequeme Kleidung und Wanderschuhe zu tragen
  • Bei schlechtem Wetter entfällt der Besuch des Weinbergs, ohne Rückerstattung oder Ermäßigung durch QuartoPiemonte
